Rahbar App: An app by Nadra to facilitate users

On Wednesday, the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) introduced a mobile application known as “Rahbar.” This application will make it possible for people all over the country to locate the nearest Nadra Service Centre and provide many other services with a click of a button. This is the most recent move in digitizing business activities in Pakistan.

The service provided by Nadra is now available to the general public. This is how e-governance and digital Pakistan expose themselves to the public.

This app lets people see where all Nadra registration centers are situated. They would also be able to see how long the wait is predicted to be and how many people are in line at each center. A list and a map displaying the locations of various workplaces will be shown. Because the map shows the location of both the registration office and the Mobile Registration Van, users will have no trouble finding their way to any of the Nadra centers around the country.

You can choose from many categories of Nadra centers, such as “female-only,” “open 24/7,” “normal,” and “executive,” using the app’s filtering system. When the auto-refresh feature of the program was turned on, it would run to update the data at three-minute intervals.

Additionally, it is equipped with a search engine that allows users to locate any Nadra office of their choosing by name, location, or city. This application is made accessible in Urdu in addition to the English language since it was designed to serve the needs of all Pakistanis.

This directional smartphone app demonstrates the technical expertise of Nadra and the organization’s commitment to meeting the requirements of its inhabitants. The application can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple Store (for devices running iOS), which are straightforwardly accessible from any location in Pakistan.

It is important to highlight that Nadra has always been working hard to assist the people of Pakistan by delivering a diverse range of services.

Despite this, the amount of work involved in processing has become much more onerous as more services have been added. This app, Rahbar, was developed to make Nadra offices into something more than simple registration centers. The application will further ensure that individuals are provided with every conceivable comfort.
